At Cosmo, we believe in the quality and care behind every piece we create. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty on all our jewellery and accessories purchased directly through our official website.
What’s covered:
- Manufacturing defects or material faults that affect normal use.
- Breaks or structural damage not caused by misuse.
What’s not covered:
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, or discoloration due to contact with perfume, water, creams, or other chemicals.
- Damage from dropping, impact, or improper use.
- Alterations or repairs made by third parties.
- Lost or stolen items.
How to make a warranty claim:
If you notice an issue with your piece, please email us at suporte@cosmoshopofficial.com with the following details:
- Order number.
- Product name.
- Brief description of the issue.
- Two photos: one showing the full item and another close-up of the affected area.
If your claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A store credit or refund if the item is no longer in stock.
