We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Cosmo — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💌 Return Policy

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

- Unworn and unused

- In their original packaging

- With all tags still attached

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or item?
We offer free exchanges — just contact us within 14 days, and we’ll guide you through the process.

📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange:

- Email our team at support@cosmoshopofficial.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address.

- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send out the exchange.

💳 Refunds

- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Important Notes

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

- We recommend using a tracked service — Cosmo is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
